Enrollment is a one-time fee of $1,200. This is non-refundable. The membership subscription is $2,500 payable 3 months at a time. The first payment is $2,500. This full amount is refundable within the first 30 days of membership. Your entire first payment will include 3-months of membership ($2,500) plus the one-time enrollment fee of $1,200 for a total of $3,700. Remember, $2,500 of that is fully refundable within the first 30 days of membership. The time period begins on the date Bula Network approves this application.

Following payment of the "amount due at signing" the second payment of $2,500 will be invoiced 30 days prior to the beginning of the second quarter of your membership. Thereafter, invoices will be issued 30 days prior to the beginning of each quarter of your membership (invoices issued four times annually each year).

Your consent is given by checking each box below. By checking these boxes YES you indicate acceptance of commitments and terms outlined in this membership application and agreement. By checking these boxes YES you further indicate you are acting in your capacity as a representative of the City, thus binding the City to this agreement.

Members are required to provide a 10-day written notice of cancellation of membership to Bula Network within the first 30 days of membership in order to obtain a full refund on the subscription amount paid ($2,500). Members are required to provide a 90-day written notice of cancellation of membership to Bula Network in order to stop their membership. Such notification will avoid any future billing and will negate any need for refunds. Refunds will not be issued, but membership will continue until the subscription payment has expired. Cancellation of membership will forfeit charter membership status which qualifies members for any price protection (charter members have a 3-year price protection against price increases based on uninterrupted, up-to-date paid membership).

(1) Effect of Agreement: This membership terms and conditions agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on behalf of the individual named on the membership application and the sponsoring organization/company/City listed on the application (collectively referred to herein as "You") and Bula Network, LLC. (2) Acceptance: Submission of a membership application by You does not guarantee acceptance as a Bula Network member. You will be notified of Your application status after submission. (3) Membership commitments: Upon acceptance as a member, You agree to: a) begin Your membership in the month indicated on your application. b) Undertake your best efforts to participate in scheduled Bula Network group video calls. c) Share experiences, challenges, skills and knowledge with fellow group members. d) Maintain strict confidentiality of all Bula Network group discussions. (4) Bula Network materials: as a member You will be given exposure to and other access to utilize Bula Network methodologies and materials along with other confidential information and intellectual property ("Materials"). You understand and agree that Bula Network owns all rights, title and interest, including all intellectual property rights for these Materials. (5) Payment: following acceptance as a member, You will be charged for the application enrollment fee ($1,200) and the first installment of member dues ($2,500) in accordance with Your selected payment option (check or direct deposit). You will otherwise be responsible for the payment of membership dues in advance of the period for which dues are payable. If You have elected direct deposit, dues will be automatically invoiced (net 10-day terms) until your membership is terminated. Charter dues will never change based on continuous, uninterrupted membership. (6) Additional terms: You agree to the Bula Network Terms Of Use and Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time. These additional terms are incorporated by reference. (7) Scope of services: the advice, services, and opinions provided as part of the Bula Network experience are intended to expand thinking and inspire further exploration but are not to be considered a substitute for professional financial, legal, psychological, medical, or other professional advice. Even where Bula Network members may be credentialed as professional advisors, an individual relationship with such advisors has not been created and should not be relied upon as professional advice. The Bula Network experience is provided "as is" with no warranty of any kind. (8) Limitation of liability: to the fullest extent permitted by law, the maximum liability of either party shall not exceed the amount paid by You to Bula Network for the 12-month period preceding the occurrence giving rise to such liability. In no event shall either party be liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive, or special damages or loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, regardless of whether such liability is based on breach of contract, tort, strict liability, breach of warranties, failure of essential purpose or otherwise, even if advised of the likelihood. (9) Binding arbitration: any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commerical Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. (10) General: This agreement may not be modified unless such modifications are specifically approved in writing by Bula Network and signed by both parties. If any term of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to conflicts of laws rules.
